Felleskjøpet and Vencomatic Group have formalized their previously announced collaboration by signing a partnership agreement. With this agreement, Felleskjøpet becomes the official distributor of Vencomatic Group and the exclusive importer of its products for the Norwegian market.
This strategic cooperation strengthens Felleskjøpet’s poultry product portfolio, making it the distributor of Vencomatic Group’s leading brands—Vencomatic, Prinzen, Agro Supply, and Van Gent—in Norway. Together with Felleskjøpet, Vencomatic Group will continue to ensure long-term presence, service, and support for its extensive installed base in the region.
As part of this transition, Vencomatic Group’s former distributor Taramatic, under the leadership of Mr. Einar Røyneberg, will join forces with Felleskjøpet. Mr. Røyneberg will also become part of Felleskjøpet’s poultry sales team, bringing valuable expertise and continuity.
The partnership between Felleskjøpet and Vencomatic Group creates new opportunities to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions to the layer, breeder, and broiler markets.
