Genus Focus analyzes eggs on embryonic development on day 12 and before. It then classifies the eggs into females, males, and clear eggs. Genus Focus works for all color eggs and poultry breeds without effect on hatchability. Only one operator is needed to manage the Genus Focus.

Genus Focus for non-invasive in-ovo sexing

Contactless, versatile, and modular

The Genus Focus uses AI-powered MRI technology to scan and classify eggs in a non-invasive (contactless) way. Each Genus Focus for in-ovo sexing module can scan 3,000 eggs per hour and is scalable up to 8 modules achieving a combined throughput of 24,000 eggs per hour. This is a safe imaging technology that, unlike X-ray or CT, does not emit ionizing radiation and therefore does not harm or affect embryo development.
