We are here for you
Controlling capacity and speed of egg collection while safeguarding egg quality. No longer controlling individual switches and belts, but operating a smooth, consistent and fully automated egg collection process with less labour.
Meggsius Control automates the process bringing eggs from different houses and belts into a steady, consistent stream into the egg collection room. When used in combination with the Meggsius Count it will automatically adjust the speed of egg belts entering the egg collection room, preventing overflow or shortage of eggs. Also leads reduces potential breakage of eggs or increased stress among workers.
The egg collection process can even start before anybody is present in the egg collection room. Saving labour time and allowing staff to focus on other things instead of waiting for the eggs to start entering the egg collection room.
Creating a direct link with Meggsius Connect will give insights into egg production and egg distribution in the house(s).

"From 100 per cent manual packing to this fully automated packing line. It's just fantastic what modern technology can do."
