What you will do 

• Expand our sales presence and dealer network throughout Japan; 
• Build strong relationships by visiting customers and key accounts; 
• Lead sales efforts from first contact to signed contracts;
• Support customers as a business advisor; 
• Represent Vencomatic Group at national and international trade shows and events.

What you bring to the table

• You're commercially driven with strong communication skills in Japanese and English; 
• Background in agro-industry and sales, related to the Japanese poultry market is a plus; 
• You're a skilled negotiator with a passion for animal welfare and sustainability; 
• Confident team player who thrives in a practical, no-nonsense environment.
