The System Loader Transfer efficiently transfers eggs from transport or setter trays to the hatchery intake line while ensuring gentle handling and accurate positioning. Designed for modern hatcheries with higher capacity demands, it combines proven transfer technology with enhanced throughput, easy accessibility, and flexible tray handling.

System Loader Transfer works for Prinzen Setter Line 80 or Prinzen Setter Lines 125-250 for advanced automated egg intake lines, processing higher through-put capacities.

The System Loader Transfer can be equipped with an integrated 30-tray destacking system, streamlining operations and reducing manual handling. Eggs can be transferred onto either rollers or a soft-drop mat, depending on your hatchery requirements. Virtually all tray types can be handled, offering maximum flexibility for a wide range of operations.

For even greater automation, the System Loader Transfer is available with an optional empty tray stacker.
