35 years of a special partnership

After 35 years of loyal partnership with Vencomatic Group, our partner Taramatic is taking a step back and will team up with Felleskjøpet. A perfect moment to look back—featuring Einar Røyneberg in the spotlight.

“My first contact with Cor van de Ven dates back to the late 1980s, when we visited a breeder farm together in Sweden. At that time, I was still working for a company active in the poultry sector. When that company closed its doors in 1990, Cor encouraged me to start my own business. That same year, we began step by step—and what followed was a long journey filled with developments and new products. I remember my first encounter with a heat exchanger. It was an enormous installation, at the attic of a poultry farm. Honestly, I thought: This will never work in Norway. But I was completely wrong. Very soon, I became convinced.

The first visits to the Netherlands in the early 1990s were exciting for me. I was still young, with little travel experience, so coming to the Netherlands was a true adventure—the people, the culture, and the food. We were always welcomed warmly and treated generously, something I have really appreciated throughout all these 35 years.

I remain deeply impressed by everything Vencomatic Group has achieved. Back when we started our cooperation from a small garage, I could never have dreamed it would grow into what it is today, including the realization of the Venco Campus. Vencomatic Group has always been evolving and moving forward, and I truly admire what has been accomplished. I am sincerely grateful for this partnership and have always held positive feelings towards it. The entire company is well-organized and filled with good, dedicated people.

Now, I will gradually step back in collaboration with Felleskjøpet. In the coming years, I will join their poultry sales team, and I will transfer my knowledge and take on an advisory role. In this way, I want to safeguard the future of my customers—ensuring that they will always have a place to turn to, also for spare parts and service.”
