Kazakhstan is an important growth market for poultry, and at Vencomatic Group we are committed to supporting its development through long-term collaboration, knowledge sharing, and practical expertise.
From foundation to formal launch
Our cooperation in Kazakhstan began in 2022 with a Memorandum of Understanding between Kazakhstan and the Netherlands, signed on behalf of Vencomatic Group by Lotte van de Ven, CEO.
On 3 June 2026, during VIV Europe in Utrecht, this cooperation reached a new milestone with the official launch and signing of the PIB Poultry Forward Kazakhstan programme. The importance of this bilateral partnership was emphasised by H.E. Mr. Akan Rakhmetullin, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Netherlands. On behalf of Vencomatic Group, the agreement was signed by Tatyana Alifanova, Area Sales Manager for the region, reaffirming our commitment to supporting the sector through knowledge, expertise, and long-term collaboration.
A growing industry with strong potential
Kazakhstan’s poultry sector is developing rapidly, supported by government investment and a clear ambition to strengthen food self-sufficiency. During the programme, Mr. Ulan Tazhibayev, Vice President of the Poultry Union of Kazakhstan, highlighted both the progress already made and the opportunities ahead.

From commitment to contribution
Since 2022, we have supported this development through trade missions, farm visits, and close cooperation with the Kazakhstan Poultry Union. Tatyana Alifanova has played a key role by:
-
Building key stakeholder relationships
-
Facilitating knowledge exchange between Kazakhstan and the Netherlands
-
Advancing concrete market opportunities
This support is rooted in knowledge exchange, including:
-
Visits to the Netherlands for Kazakh poultry professionals
-
Hands-on exposure to technology and best practice
-
Webinars, technical sessions, and training
By combining global expertise with local insight, we help poultry professionals improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
PIB Poultry Forward Kazakhstan marks the next phase of this collaboration. Supported by RVO, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Dutch Embassy in Kazakhstan, the consortium brings together Trouw Nutrition (feed and nutrition solutions), Meyn (poultry processing technology), Vencomatic Group (housing systems and egg production technology), Pas Reform (hatchery technology and incubation solutions), Ottevanger Milling Engineers (feed mill and premix production systems), and Impex Barneveld (drinking water systems and animal health support) to create long-term value for the sector.
The consortium focuses on:
-
Poultry farms and egg production
-
Hatcheries
-
Feed production
-
Processing
-
Sustainability and biosecurity
-
Knowledge transfer
Through trade missions, seminars, incoming visits, and events such as AgroWorld Kazakhstan, the programme turns ambition into practical progress.

The signing at VIV Europe reflects both the region’s importance and our long-term commitment to supporting its development through knowledge, expertise, and partnership. This commitment is also grounded in our market experience, including hatchery automation activities since 2018 with Aitas Group.
