Vencobelt

The Vencobelt supports an optimal egg flow helping farmers to deliver a maximal number of first-grade eggs. 

Every farm has its own specifications and particularly in larger farms eggs have to travel quite a long distance, potentially passing several transfer points. This isn’t ideal as each transfer point brings a risk of damage to the eggshell. With the Vencobelt eggs are gently and safely transported from different nest rows or houses to a central on-farm location.

Design

The Vencobelt is available in 40 and 55 cm wids and meets capacities upto 45,000 eggs per hour. The smart plastic design of the carriers and smooth connetions of the belt allow a slope up to 35 degrees and small radius corners up to 180 degrees.

As only one drive chain is integrated, it makes the Vencobelt flexible allowing an angle of 90° on a single square meter with the Vencobelt 40

By adding the Intermediate Drive Unit (VIDU) we can optimize the egg flow at larger farms even better as it means that the Vencobelt can be used for resistance lengths up to 30m longer compared to the front and end drive solutions. It can cover therefore a longer distance before 2 Vencobelts need to be connected.

You can add the VIDU into a standard section and is suitable for Vencobelt 40 and Vencobelt 55 for new projects, but also it can also be used to upgrade existing projects, improving the egg flow. Installing the VIDU vs VB will also mean less installation time and electrical connections/components required.
