In September 2025, Vencomatic Group hosted a special study tour at the Venco Campus in Eersel. A delegation of leading Ukrainian broiler breeder companies participated in a program focused on management, innovation, and international cooperation in the industry.

Some of Ukraine’s largest broiler producers joined the tour, including MHP, Dneprovskyy, Agrol, Agro Oven, Ular, and Pan Kurchak. Their presence highlights the strong international interest in knowledge exchange and innovative solutions for broiler breeder management.

Combining practice and theory
The program offered a valuable combination of practical and theoretical insights. Participants visited hatcheries equipped with the latest Prinzen automation solutions and engaged in discussions with Belgian and Dutch poultry farmers such as Hoste, Van Haandel, and Van de Ven.

Vencomatic Group specialists also shared their expertise on key topics, including:

  • Cost efficiency with Eco Units and modern Meggsius automation.
  • Climate control solutions in collaboration with Hotraco.
  • The latest innovations and best practices in broiler breeder management.

A valuable experience
A central part of the study tour was open dialogue. Ukrainian participants shared their own experiences and addressed the current challenges facing the sector in their country. Together, solutions were explored to strengthen efficiency, resilience, and profitability in broiler breeder operations. The opportunity to gain practical insights and exchange knowledge was highly appreciated.
